The Manhattes Group leased over 200,000 square feet of mixed use retail and commercial space to 40 different tenants including fashion brand Tod’s and automotive company Tesla. Once the asset was repositioned, The Manhattes Group represented the owner and sold it to a private investor for $95 Million.
