This division has a focus on development assemblage work, and investment sales of income producing properties in New York City.
Manhattes represents both sellers and buyers. Manhattes currently has numerous properties under exclusive agreements that are development opportunities and investment opportunities.
Manhattes represents some of New York’s largest developers, such as The Gotham Organization, Glenwood Management, The Athena Group, Cardinal Investments, The Related Companies, and Zeckendorf Realty Inc. in the acquisition of development sites for the purpose of developing luxury residential properties, and commercial properties.
Investment Sales
This division was formed to provide disposition services to property owners who are looking to re-position their portfolio by deposing of an asset. Manhattes has extensive experience in marketing income producing properties, retail and commercial condominiums, development assemblages, air rights/development rights on behalf of their clients.
