This division was formed to provide real estate representation to retailers both small and large. Manhattes represents national retailers as well as regional and local retailers. Manhattes represents national retailers and banks like JP Morgan Chase. Manhattes also represents smaller New York based retailers, restaurants, art galleries, and a wide range of other retail tenants.
